Services Description
I provide fractional AI CTO consulting services including AI audits, strategy development, implementation oversight, and team training for small and medium businesses. Service scope, deliverables, and terms are defined in individual agreements with each client.

When you submit the contact form, you consent to being contacted regarding your inquiry. I aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. Submitting the form does not create a contractual obligation on either party.

Payment Terms

Refund Policy
If there is no measurable progress within the first 2 weeks of an engagement, I offer a full refund — provided the agreed-upon steps were followed by both parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the competent courts of Ukraine.
Changes to Terms
